Dennis is a Founding Director of Neowell. With a background as a Senior Executive and Management Consultant, Dennis has extensive business expertise harnessed across a diverse range of industry sectors over three decades. His specialism is in maximising profit and shareholder value creation by adopting best practice business process and high-performance change management leadership. Throughout his career Dennis has held various Executive Director Board positions in FMCG, IT, Construction, Wholesale, Retail and the Wellness Industry.

Gabriella is a Founding Director of Neowell. As a Senior Executive specializing in strategic innovation, transformational leadership, organizational agility and stakeholder value creation. A passionate, results orientated professional with an extensive track record in building profitable business growth across many sectors. Gabriella is a dynamic and innovative leader who leverages her extensive international strategic alliance networks and market savvy to build value creation for all stakeholders. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences Degree with a Double Major in Psychology and Sociology.

John joined the Neowell management team as COO in November 2021. John is based in Sydney, Australia, and has extensive executive blue chip corporate experience, as well a consulting and business advisory expertise. John has held a range of Board, Advisory Board and senior executive positions in Australia across Technology startup, Insurance, Private Banking, Financial Advisory, Wealth Management, Asset Finance, Downstream Oil, and Franchising. John will be instrumental in supporting the founders, in operationalizing the global growth ambitions of Neowell in key markets including the US, EU, Asia and the UAE.
